Refund policy
This policy explains how to return or exchange a Harrington Brooke order, and how refunds work. It applies to U.S. orders only. Please start any return by contacting us first, so we can send you the correct return address.
The essentials
- 30 days from delivery to start a return
- Return shipping is paid by you, and there are no restocking fees
- Size exchanges are free, including shipping, and you keep the original item
- Damaged or faulty items are replaced free, or refunded
- Refunds are issued within 2 business days of your return reaching our warehouse
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after the 30-day window has closed cannot be accepted.
Where We Accept Returns
We currently accept returns for U.S. orders only.
What Qualifies for a Return
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition, with all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
What Is Not Eligible
- Items that have been used, worn, washed or altered
- Items returned without their original tags or packaging
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
We do not charge restocking fees.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@harringtonbrooke.com to begin your return request.
- Wait for our team to confirm and send you the correct return address. Please do not send anything back before you receive it.
- Repackage the item carefully, with all original tags and packaging included.
- Send it to the address we provide, and keep your tracking until your refund or exchange is complete.
Return Shipping
- Returns are sent by mail to the address our support team provides
- Return shipping cost is paid by the customer
- We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost on the way back to us
Exchanges
- Need a different size? Email support@harringtonbrooke.com and tell us whether the item was too small or too large.
- We send the replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.
- You do not need to return the original item, so keep it, donate it, or gift it.
- If the size or color you need is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Email support@harringtonbrooke.com within 30 days of delivery, with photos and your order number.
- We will replace the item at no charge.
- If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us as soon as possible to cancel it. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled, so please wait for it to arrive and follow the return process above.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your approved return at our warehouse, we refund your original payment method within 2 business days.
- Original outbound shipping fees and any protection or insurance fees are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error.
- Your bank or card issuer may need a further 3 to 10 business days to post the funds to your account.
- We email you when your refund has been processed.
Lost Parcels
- If your parcel is lost in transit and the address you entered at checkout was correct, we will send a replacement.
- If you would prefer a refund, we confirm non-delivery with the carrier after 14 days and then process it.
Color and Sizing
We aim for accurate product photography, though colors can vary slightly between screens. If you would like guidance on color, material or sizing before you order, get in touch and we will be happy to help.
